Shipping Policy


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value. Orders below $25 are charged $5, orders above $25 ship free.

  • Standard delivery timeframes (after your order has shipped) are usually:

    • Domestic (within the U.S.): ~2–5 business days depending on the service selected at checkout.

These timeframes are estimates only. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is out of our control.


Carriers & Services

Most orders are shipped with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services.
The available options for your address will be shown at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, please contact us.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.


Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:

    • Reship the order to an updated address (you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost), or

    • Cancel the order and refund the product cost (original shipping is non-refundable).

If the package is delivered to the wrong address because of an address error entered at checkout, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not able to refund or replace items that are lost or stolen.

If your package is:

  • Marked Delivered but not received:

    • Check with neighbors/household members.

    • Check around your property (side doors, mailroom, leasing office, etc.).

    • Contact the carrier directly and open a missing package or delivery inquiry.

  • Damaged in transit:

    • Take clear photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review options.


Changes & Cancellations

We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you need to update your order or address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to modify it.


Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent).
